  • Build Adaptability: which features an assessment of personal adaptability and the impact of adaptability on their management of ongoing change.
  • The stages of transitions (endings, neutral zone, beginnings) that people must got to and how to navigate each stage.
  • Overcoming Resistance: Which fetures practicing the skills to uncover resistance to change.
  • Build Committment: which features unpacking all that is required for getting buy-in for change initiatives and then creating an action plan to get buy-in.
